We had a lovely time staying in Kosy Kot, during the heatwave of June 2026. The cottage could not have been more comfortable and well-furnished. We made good use of the outdoor seating areas, and only needed to use the very effective fan once - thick walls kept the cottage nice and cool in the intense outdoor heat. Communication with the owners was refreshingly easy and direct, with clear instructions for arrival and for using the cottage, as well as helpful local information and guide books. Compliments to whoever does the cleaning, gardening and maintenance - perfection! Thank you very much for a wonderful week in Hayle.

Thank you for the use of this lovely Cottage. We were were over the moon with how clean the place was, everything was in good order, nice comfy beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. Drive was a little tight for my big Yeti but not too much of issue as long as you are careful. Perfect location for us as we spent our time travelling around throughout the day. Much apprecaited was the Milk, tea, coffee and sugar waiting for us everything was thought about, cant wait to come back.
